No, we are just an authorized vendor of some reputable card issuers around the world. We do not accept any responsibility for card functioning and renewal affairs, although we do our best to support our customers by keeping in constant contact with card issuers.
Sure our company (Cybrade Ltd) has its own corporate bank accounts. Actually this is due to preventing huge rush of small amounts to corporate accounts which makes many confusions to our accounting department. On the other hand many customers can send the funds to the provided account numbers faster, easier and also cheaper than sending funds to corporate accounts which are located in a country like UK.
Most of the times,we are on time but in few cases we had a bit delay during card delivery. Our team do their best to eliminate unwanted delays in future through establishing extra shipment locations in more countries.
