Although, all our offered payment cards and bank accounts have their own direct loading instructions but to make it an enjoyable experience using our card products for our valuable clients, we added some parallel card/account funding solutions through different payment options such as digital currencies or cash transfers.
Based on our experience many people face with inconveniences while trying to load their cards directly. The following samples are some of common reasons causing delays or rejections in direct transfers which were reported by some of card/account holders: - Card issuer or the processing bank just accepts specific methods of Payment
- Customers make errors while filling the banking or transfer forms
- Some of acceptable payment methods are not available in some geographical areas
